Can I represent two Buyers on the same property?

Question:  Can I represent two Buyers on the same property, and if so do I need to disclose to both parties?

Answer: Yes, legally you can, however with full disclosure and full transparency to both parties, and only if both parties agree to it.   I suggest however rather than do that, refer one of the parties to another KW agent.  That way both parties get full agency and there is no possibility of a conflict with any Buyers personal information.
