A listing is cancelled by using form Cancellation and Termination of the Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement & Agency Disclosure. A similar form is used for Buyer-Broker Agreements, canceling a REPC by buyer or canceling by Seller. All of these can be found in the forms section of the MLS or clicking on the link Forms.
